Choose your dates

Browse our inventory, choose your dates, and add gear to your basket. Equipment arrives the day before your rental starts and is collected the day after it ends.

Place your order

Choose delivery (return shipping included) or pickup from our base in Canmore, Alberta. Then secure your order with a refundable deposit or Damage Protection — verified members usually pay no deposit under a set value.

Verify your account

New customers submit ID in the My Account section once logged in. We’ll also give you a quick call to confirm your order and make sure we have everything before it ships.

Shoot

Capture great work during your rental period. Need a hand with the gear? Our team is just a call or live chat away.

Return & refund

Repack everything in the same box, ready for the courier the day after your rental ends. Once it’s back at our base we check it over — if all looks good, we close the booking and release any deposit back to you.
