How does delivery work?
We ship by courier anywhere in Canada, timed to arrive the day before your rental starts. Your order comes ready to shoot, with a prepaid return label — just drop it back in the same box and our courier collects it. Prefer to collect? You can opt to have your order held for pickup at a Purolator location near you.
How is the equipment packed for transit?
Every rental ships in a rugged hard case, packed to protect your gear on its journey — the same way we look after our own kit. And for complete peace of mind, you’re never liable for damage in transit. It’s something we’ve simply never had happen, but if it ever did, it would be entirely on us.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Most orders need no deposit for verified members. Some higher-value items may have specific requirements, which we’ll always make clear before your rental is confirmed.
What’s included, and can I add to my kit?
Each item ships with what you need to use it out of the box. You can build a complete kit in one order — add bodies, lenses, adapters, batteries, cards and support, and we’ll pack it together. Not sure what pairs with your gear? Just ask.
How do I book, and what if my dates change?
