Rent for Christmas, Pay for Just 3 Days

This Christmas, Canada Camera Rentals is giving filmmakers and photographers across Canada a little extra freedom.

Book any gear — cameras, lenses, drones, lighting or accessories — starting 20 December 2025, and keep it right through the festive break. Return it anytime from 5 January 2026 onwards, and you’ll only pay for 3 rental days.

That means you can take your kit away on holiday, shoot a personal project, or test new equipment over the quiet season without worrying about paying for the downtime.

How the offer works

• Book any rental with a start date of 20 December 2025.
• Choose an end date of 4 January 2026 (with drop-off or courier collection on 5 January).
• You’ll automatically receive the full Christmas period free, paying for just the first three days of your booking.
• If you’d like to keep the gear for even longer, simply extend your dates around that window — you’ll only be charged normal rates for the extra time.

You can also book dates that extend before or after the free window. For example, start earlier in December or return later in January — you’ll still benefit from the free Christmas period in between.

No promo code is needed; the discount is built right into our booking system. When you select the qualifying dates, the checkout will automatically calculate your total to include the free period.

The holidays are often a perfect time for passion projects, test shoots, or simply learning new gear without the usual client pressure. We wanted to give filmmakers, photographers and creators across Canada a chance to make the most of it — with top-end equipment, fully insured shipping, and no rush to return it before the new year.

Example bookings

• 20 Dec – 5 Jan: Pay for 3 days, keep your kit the whole time.
• 17 Dec – 8 Jan: Pay normal rates for 17–19 Dec and 5–8 Jan — the days in between are free.

How to get your discount

1. Browse your gear and select your desired equipment.
2. Choose 20 December 2025 as your start date.
3. Choose 4 January 2026 as your end date.
4. The system will automatically apply the free rental period — you’ll only pay for three days within that range.

If you prefer to plan a longer shoot, just extend your dates around that window; the free period will still apply.
