How does delivery work?
Do I have to pay a deposit?

Most rentals don't require a deposit payment, provided you fully pass our verification process (don't worry, it's quick and easy!). If not, we may take a deposit for your first rental.

Do I need insurance?

Most of our equipment does not require insurance. If you prefer to limit your financial exposure in the case of accidental damage, we offer a Damage Waiver which you can select during the checkout process.

Can I take equipment out of Canada?

You are welcome to take our equipment outside of Canada, provided your rental account has a valid Canadian billing address and payment method. We simply ask that you let us know in advance so we can note this on your rental and assist with any documentation needed for travel or customs.

Do you have a store in Vancouver?

We operate online, shipping camera and lens rentals directly to you in Vancouver. We serve customers throughout and British Columbia and Canada as a whole. If you want to pick up, you can choose any Hold for Pickup location offered by Purolator to receive your rental.
