We use reliable express courier services to deliver orders as scheduled. However, adverse events can, on rare occasions, cause a shipment to be delayed. In most cases, any delay is no more than one working day.
If a delivery delay occurs, we may offer either an extension to your rental period or a proportional account credit to use on a future rental booking.
We recommend that if you are travelling or booking for a time-sensitive event, you allow an adequate buffer period (typically 24 hours for most locations) to account for potential courier delays. For extremely rural locations, a buffer of 2–3 days may be appropriate.
A delivery delay, by itself, is not grounds for cancellation and a full refund of a booking. The terms of rental will continue to apply.
